Corrections
Name the article, quote the claim, and point us at where the correct information can be verified. We handle these under the Corrections Policy and aim to reply within five working days.
Right of reply
If we have written about your company and you want to respond, send it here. We will publish a fair summary, or the response in full where length allows, appended to the original piece. We do not require that you be polite about us.
Samples and pitches
You can send coffee. It does not buy a review, a favourable one, or any coverage at all, and if we do write about it we will say it was sent free. Read the Commercial and Affiliate Disclosure before pitching anything commercial.
