Advertising that overpromises. Packaging that says nothing. A subscription you cannot cancel. If you have seen it, we want to hear about it.
Before you send anything
Do not send confidential, classified, or illegally obtained material. Do not send anything covered by an NDA you are bound by. Do not send personal information about private individuals, meaning names, addresses, contact details, or anything that identifies a member of staff. We will delete material of this kind rather than publish it, and nothing on this page is a secure channel. If a disclosure could put your job or your safety at risk, take proper legal advice before you send it to anyone.
What makes a good tip
Something specific and checkable. A screenshot of the ad. A link to the product page. The roast date on the bag you were sent. What you were charged versus what you were quoted. We can work with detail. We cannot do much with a general feeling that a brand is annoying.
How we handle it
We read everything and reply to very little. No reply is not a verdict on your tip. We verify before we publish, and we do not publish your name unless you have told us we may. Sending a tip does not make you a source for anything beyond what you sent.
